FreshmanFreshman MixerHosted by the IBSF and organized by Freshman Parents, this party is especially for our incoming IB Freshmen. Students have the chance to meet each other as well as a few upperclassmen before the first day of school. Light snacks and sodas are served. SeniorExtended Essay Service Project & Picnic Celebration--IB Seniors turn in their Extended Essays at a ceremony in the PHS Auditorium.
--Seniors are then bused to Weis Elementary school where they read to the kindergarteners for their community service project. The books are then donated to the kindergarteners.

After the completion of this project, the Seniors are then treated to a picnic celebration hosted by the IBSF.

SeniorsGreat Expectations ScholarshipSponsored by the IBSF, the Great Expectations Scholarship is awarded to an outstanding senior student. A committee comprised of community members reviews CAS projects completed by seniors who apply for the scholarship. Applications are made available after the Holiday Break and are usually due Mid-March of the School year. The winner of this scholarship is recognized at the Senior Awards & receives a $500 award.The semi-finalists are usually announced at
Senior Send-off in April.

The Drive for Excellence is the annual fundraising campaign conducted by the IB Support Foundation. Our goal with this campaign is to raise the necessary funds that allow us to continue our financial support of the IB Programme. Funds raised through the Drive for Excellence are usedto help provide needed materials and equipment to the IB Programme.
